🚚 Shipping Regions

We currently ship to all countries within the European Union from our facility in The Netherlands.

If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact us at info@turkellofoods.com and we’ll do our best to assist you.

⏱ Processing Times

Orders placed before 20:00 CET are dispatched the same day — seven days a week, weekends included.
Orders placed after 20:00 CET are dispatched the following day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery normally takes 1–3 working days within the Netherlands and the rest of the EU.

The dispatch day is ours; the delivery day depends on the carrier. During public holidays or exceptionally busy periods, dispatch may take one working day longer.

📦 Shipping Costs

€4,95 per order.
Free shipping on orders of €49,99 and above.
The same rate applies to every country we ship to, regardless of order weight.

The exact amount is always shown in your cart before you pay.

📍 Order Tracking

After your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email.
You can follow your order’s journey directly from that link.

🛑 Customs & Import Duties

All orders are shipped from the Netherlands.
Customers outside the EU may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties imposed by their local government.
These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
