When is my order dispatched?
Orders placed before 20:00 go out the same day — weekends included. Later orders leave the next day. The countdown on the product page shows the time left.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 1-3 working days to the Netherlands and the rest of the EU. Everything ships from our own warehouse in the Netherlands with PostNL.
What does shipping cost?
€4.95 per order, and free from €49.99 — the same rate for every country we ship to. The exact amount is shown in your cart before you pay.
How do I track my parcel?
As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse we send a tracking number and link to the e-mail address you used at checkout.
How should I store the products?
Cool, dry and out of direct sunlight. No refrigeration needed. Oil separating on top of tahini is completely natural — just stir it through before use.
Can I return my order?
You can request a return within 30 days for unopened items in their original packaging. Food is perishable, so opened items cannot be taken back. Damaged or wrong item? That falls outside this rule — send us a photo and we will sort it out.
